Back at the Game Developers Conference we were all told that Nintendo had something in store for us to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Legend of Zelda series. When Mario turned 25, Nintendo released a a Wii version of Super Mario All Stars along with some special artwork and a book.
Since the Game Developer’s Conference there has been very little news on what we may get for Zelda turning 25. However, Nintendo has just announced that there will be a variety of Zelda features to celebrate its birthday.
First of all Link’s Awakening will be on the eShop later today for everybody. Later this year in September Four Swords will be on the eShop for FREE with multiplayer support.
Ocarina of Time 3D consumers also get a chance to get the official soundtrack by registering it with Club Nintendo.
