Several Beta Models for Skyward Sword have shown up already and someone has gone ahead and hacked up the game to gain access to said models. There is a model of the Loftbird, Groose, Phi, and the Beetle as well as a tile set for the Loftbird. This all comes from a copy of the E3 2011 gameplay demo, so there isn’t too much added.
