Nintendo has released an up to date version of The Adventure of Link on the 3DS eShop. The game, originally an ambassador’s title, was pushed live without the ability to use save states.
Being such a hard game, this action was frowned upon by many gamers. The title then got released for the open public, again without the ability to use save states. Thankfully, Nintendo quickly released their mistake and released an update for the title.
To update the Adventure of Link, simply navigate to the 3DS eShop. It should then automatically alert you about any pending updates. Click to view the updates and then just follow the instructions. You should now have a save state enabled copy of the Adventure of Link.
