    Don't buy it!!!!
Its made of cheap material and breaks very very easily! When i contacted Jenny Higgins for a return after purchasing 2 for my twin girls, she refused rudely!

    • My last name is not listed on etsy, when was this order? I'll gladly look at the photos of what happened to the necklaces and see if there's something I can do.

  • I will be getting one here soon and will be sure to post a review of my findings. Stay tuned for my video review

  • Actually it says clearly on my site "I do NOT give refunds. However in rare cases where an item gets damaged in shipping, you can take photos and show me what happened and I will send a new one or possibly issue a refund if I dont have it in stock" If something breaks i will happily refund it, but it is not cheaply made and if that were true, why did you not leave negative feedback on my etsy? Im sorry but Ive never received a msg from you Phuong Duong.

I have purchased many items from Miss Jenny's Item shop, I've never had anything break…and nothing is cheaply made, I've had the same Zelda Navi necklace for months now, and it's still glowing and in great shape. Hope to buy more stuff soon from her Etsy :)

Im sorry to say, I too bought something from Jenny, a VERY cute pink fairy in a little bottle, but it broke easily :/
I accidentally brushed it off my nightstand and its broke. Its a great item, very well made, but they break easily, or at least the pink fairies in a bottle do.

    • hmm…i see these break easily comments, yet i have never received any comments or messages on my etsy about returns or refunds, and i have 100% positive feedback, if there is something wrong with an item please feel free to msg me with photos

I noticed alot of people are saying it breaks easily, well theyre wrong; however the glow is not very bright. For twenty plus dollars, not worth it. but i do like the items

I want to say this, I am Jenny’s sister and she has me wear everything that she makes because I BREAK EVERYTHING. She tests it on me, if I break it she changes the model accordingly. I have not been able to break any of her new models and that is saying something because I take horrible care of my jewelry (leave it in the bottom of a bag, hot car, etc. you get the point) She is generous with her jewelry, she cares for her customers because she has always been frustrated that growing up we couldn’t find this kinda stuff in the stores from the games we played and the anime we watched. She even has a cache of jewelry that “didn’t make the cut” that she doesn’t sell even though I think it looks fine because of her standards. Having said this if anyone get jewelry from my sister and there is a reasonable problem, she will fix it. I personally love her jewelry, its the only stuff I can wear I don’t destroy, and its pretty. :D

I also want to say that, I am Jenny's brother and she works hard to make these things! Nothing in this world is perfect, but her items are custom made. Therefore you wont see other people wearing the same shit as you do.

    • …i dont have a brother named jason
