Zelda 2 RPG Wii U Listed on Walmart’s Site

It has been several months since Iwata confirmed the development of an upcoming Zelda Wii  game. Since then news on the title has been totally quiet. While this piece is far from official news, it is nice to see an inkling of information to confirm the game is still being worked upon. Retail giant Walmart has recently posted a page on their website where  shoppers can pre-order several upcoming Wii U titles. That list includes several unnamed games including:

  • Mario 3D Wii U
  • Zelda 2 RPG Wii U
  • Shin Megami Tensei/Fire Emblem Wii U
  • Super Smash Bros. Wii U
  • Mario Kart Wii U
  • Deus Ex: Human Revolution Wii U

The interesting part about this is that they have the Legend of Zelda title named  “Zelda 2.″ I should also point out that this is not the same as Wind Waker HD, as Walmart has a separate listing for that title.
