The Legend of Zelda: Horn of Balance

Here at LegendZelda.Net we care about fan works and to show how much we care, we will be promoting a new Zelda themed fan game once a week. The first game that we want to highlight is a great looking one called, The Legend of Zelda: Horn of Balance.

The game has been in development since 2008 and it has come quite a long way since then. There is a fantastic demo that you can download and play.

The Horn of Balance uses an A Link to the Past style of graphics and is actually a loosely based sequel to the game. Attached below are some screenshots to the game. I must say that things are looking really great.

A new demo is expected to be released here in the next couple of weeks. At that time I will update the site with more information. In the meantime, check out their thread on ZFGC for more information regarding the project.

    riiight.

Finish the game, chuckles. I'm tired of seeing abandoned projects.

    • This project has been around for years so it’s not going anywhere any time soon.

A Link To The Past style? Yuck! I'd rather have it be NES spirits which feels more authentic for a retro game or Minish Cap which offered more detail to objects.

On another note why does literally everyone insist on ALTTP style so much? It's way overused even on projects that don't get finished or past the drawing board.

Are there ANY Minish Cap style zelda games?
