Between earning all Korok seeds, searching for every shrine, and completing every side quest, Breath of the Wild is an extremely difficult game to 100% complete. Without a doubt, this challenge is even tougher through a speedrun. Twitch streamer and Youtuber Xalikah, a French speedrunner, successfully 100% completed the game in a little over 49 hours.

The speedrun consisted of finding all of the game’s key items, finishing all side quests, completing all shrines, taking a photo for every Hyrule Compendium entry, and collecting all 900 Korok seeds before fighting Calamity Ganon. You can check out Xalikah’s mind-blowing feat through their YouTube channel. If you’re interested, the first of nine videos covering the speedrun can be found below.

I’m not sure about you guys, but Xalikah’s achievement inspires me to delete my casual file in order to 100% the game. Due to the immense amount of Korok seeds, I have been hesitant, but I feel confident that it can be doable by recording every seed earned, or searching for them by region.

What are your thoughts on Xalikah’s achievement? Do you plan on 100% completing Breath of the Wild? What about completing a speedrun? Let us know in the comments below. We’d love to hear.
